Ibn Rushd is an impact crater on the Moon northwest of the crater Cyrillus. It is located southeast of the crater Kant To the north the Cape of Mons Penck rises.

Ibn Rushd shows some of the age -related wear and tear. The southern crater rim is overlain by a pair of small craters, which are referred to as ' Cyrillus A' and ' Cyril C'. The crater floor is relatively flat, a central mountain is missing.
