Mons Penck

The Mons Penck is a mountain in the southern hemisphere of the Moon. It lies north of the crater Ibn Rushd and northeast of Kant on the coordinates 10 ° S / 22 ° E and has a diameter of about 40 km on. Its peak reaches a height of four kilometers.

He was named after the German geographer Albrecht Penck 1976.
