Ideler (crater)

Ideler is an impact crater on the southern hemisphere of the moon from Earth is visible, although, because of its location but looks distorted. It is situated immediately north-east of the crater Baco. Other notable craters in the area are located in the west-northwest direction crater Breislak and conspicuous crater Pitiscus in the East- Southeast.

Ideler together with the satellite crater ' Ideler L' is a matching pair, Ideler covered with its eastern border partner. At the opposite western edge blends the smaller satellite crater ' Baco R' on. The remaining crater rim is worn and marked on the north side at the edge and on the inside wall of a pair of small craterlets. The crater floor has no significant marks.
