İhsaniye is the name of a district town and a district in the northern Turkish province of Afyonkarahisar. İhsaniye has 2,292 and the county 28 438 inhabitants ( 2010). The county is bordered on the north by the provinces of Eskişehir and Kütahya.

In ancient times İhsaniye part of Phrygia. The running here Phrygian valley contains many monuments ( Malta, Arslankaya, Aslantaş and Yılantaş ) and places ( Ayazini ) from different eras.

The place İhsaniye was founded in 1888 by Turkish refugees from Rumelia. 1942 was declared a Bucak and 1959 to a municipality (tr: Belediye ). There are also eight other municipalities in the district and 23 villages.
