Hocalar

Hocalar is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Afyonkarahisar. The city is located about 60 kilometers southwest of the provincial capital of Afyonkarahisar.

The district is located in the west of the province. It is bordered to the north by Sinanpaşa, to the east by Sandıklı and to the west by the provinces of Denizli and Usak. The city is located on a link road from Sandıklı after Banaz. In the north of the county is the 1732 meter high mountain Kızıl Dagi, a part of the mountain ridge Ahir Dagi.
