The Ilescha (Russian Илеша, Большая Илеша, Иляша ) is a right tributary of the Pinega in the catchment area of the Northern Dvina River in Arkhangelsk Oblast and the Republic of Komi in northwestern Russia.

The Ilescha has its origins in the Arkhangelsk Oblast, on the watershed between Pinega and Waschka. First, flows east and south and extends a short distance on the territory of the Republic of Komi, before returning again in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. It flows with many meanders south-west, then turns to the north, however, and, after 204 km on the flowing eastward Pinega. The Ilescha drains an area of 2250 km ². During the snow melt, the largest outflows place through the year rather than seen.
