Action
Langston Whitfield is a journalist based in Washington, DC., He was sent to South Africa to report on the hearings as part of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, in which the crimes is white negotiated at the black population of South Africa with the aim of reconciliation. Whitfield also provide the Commission with skepticism. He pursues Colonel De Jager, the infamous torturer of the South African police. Anna Malan is an Afrikaans poet who reported on the hearings on the radio. As a white South African she is shattered by reports of the atrocities which have been committed by their compatriots.
Production
The film was shot in and around Cape Town and the Cape Peninsula. Several well-known landmarks represent scenes in the film dar.

Criticism
The lexicon of the International film described the production as " [m ] issglücktes drama." In his Erzählingweise the film get into the " Pitfalls of concern cinemas " and offers " clichés" to. The spectacle Irish qualities were " disappointing ".
