Ingemund Bengtsson

Sten Bertil Bengtsson Ingemund ( pronunciation: [ ˌ ː in əmɵnd bɛŋ tsɔn ː ], born January 30, 1919 in Veddige, † April 12, 2000 in Varberg ) was a Swedish Social Democratic politician.

Bengtsson was pronounced interested and engaged from his youth, forever, for Esperanto. In simple conditions grew up, he worked after the death of his father already the age of 15 in a bicycle factory, where he learned the trade of a toolmaker. From 1951 to 1988 he was a member of parliament, from 1969 to 1973 Minister of Agriculture, Minister of the Interior in 1973, and between 1974 and 1976 labor market ministers. From 1979 to 1988 he was president of the Reichstag. In the UN General Assembly, he represented Sweden in 1963 to 1967. He was also responsible for the UN Environment Conference in Stockholm in 1972.
