Is Tropical

Is Tropical is an English Indietronic band that was founded in London in 2009. The members are Gary Barber ( guitar, vocals ), Simon Milner (guitar, piano) and Dominic Apa (Drums ).

Following the release of their debut single When O'When in 2010 they received a contract with the Parisian label Kitsuné. It was followed by a world tour with stops in Europe, South America and Asia. Attention (and lockout for YouTube ) reached the trio with some of their video clips: The Greeks (2011 ) shows childish violent games, Dancing Anymore (2013 ) adolescent fantasies. In Lover's Cave (2013 ) Richard Kern staged a party with half-naked actresses.
