Isham

Isham is a village and civil parish in Northamptonshire, England. The village lies on the A509, five kilometers south of Kettering and about a mile west of Burton Latimer. The River Ise is to the east of the village. Administratively part of the Isham Borough of Wellingborough. At the time of the 2001 census, 743 people lived in Isham, of which 373 men and 370 women.

Facilities

In Isham has a shop and several churches, one supported by the Church of England Primary School and two pubs ( Monk & Minstrel and Lilacs Inn).

The Isham Cricket Club play in Division 1 of the Northamptonshire County League and has his game on the outskirts of the village between Isham and Orlingbury. In the village there is also a facility that cares for injured wild birds, safe Wings.
