Ivan Đurđević (2010)

Ivan Đurđević ( born February 5, 1977 in Belgrade, SFR Yugoslavia, also written in Germany Ivan Djurdjevic ) is a former Serbian football player. He also holds a Portuguese passport.

Career

Djurdjevic began his career at FK Rad, where he was active from 1995 to 1997 before moving to the local second division side CD Ourense in Spain. From 2000 to 2002 he was with the Portuguese first division club SC Farense under contract until this descent for financial reasons.

After the descent, he went to Vitória Guimarães, where he was under contract for another three years. He then moved to Belenenses Lisbon. For this club he played until 2007.

After a total of seven years on the Iberian Peninsula Djurdjevic went to Poland for Lech Poznań. With this club the Serb came to his first international assignments. As part of the UEFA Cup qualification 2008/ 09 he was in the game the first round against the representatives of Azerbaijan, FK Xəzər Lənkəran used. Lech Poznań won the game 1-0. In addition, he scored in the UEFA Cup group stage the decisive 1-0 win over Feyenoord, which Lech ermöglichste the qualification to the sixteenth finals.

National

Djurdjevic played a total of five times for the U21 national team of Yugoslavia.
