Ivenacker See

The Ivenacker lake is located in the district of Mecklenburg Lake south of the same place Ivenack. It is about 1200 meters long and about 600 meters wide. The lake is located entirely within the municipality Ivenack, while the south bank belongs to the suburb of Klockow Stavenhagen. On the north side there is a zoo with the Ivenacker oaks and the Ivenack castle with English landscape garden located right on the lake. In the lake rises the Augraben. The lake is completely wooded. In the middle of the lake there is a small wooded island.
