Jack Wagner (actor)

Jack Wagner ( born October 3, 1959 in Washington, Missouri) is an American actor and singer.

Wagner spent his childhood in Missouri, where he attended besides acting also golf courses. Wagner won the golf championship in Missouri and applied it for a golf scholarship in Arizona, but was rejected. Then he went in 1982 after graduating in theater studies to Los Angeles. There he succeeded in the role of Andrew " Frisco " Jones in the series General Hospital of breakthrough (1983-1988, 1989-1991, 1994, 1995 ). In this role, Wagner promoted another of his passions: singing. " Frisco " song All I Need was a No. 2 hit in the U.S..

1987 Wagner left the series and appeared in the theater, but returned in 1989 back to General Hospital. There he fell in love with his series partner Felicia Cummings aka Kristina Malandro and the couple married in 1993. Previously, in 1991, Wagner left the series, but returned for guest appearances in 1994 and 1995 back to the series.

1991 rose Wagner in the television series California communities (AKA: Santa Barbara ) a. There he played the role of Warren Lockridge, until the series was discontinued in January 1993.

1995 rose Wagner as Dr. Peter Burns in Melrose Place and was to be seen there until the series end in 1999. There he led in some episodes also directed. Following the series setting Wagner was seen in some other series as a guest performer and moderated golf broadcasts.

From 2003-2012 Wagner for Bold and the Beautiful was as Nick Payne in front of the camera. Wagner's enthusiasm for singing was included in the series and so Wagner could imagine songs from his album Dancing In The Moonlight.

2006 Wagner received the Golden Rose for Best Soap Actor.

Wagner has two sons, Peter ( * 1990) and Harrison ( * 1994). He is now divorced. A relationship with fellow actress Heather Locklear, which had existed since 2007, was released in November 2011 by broken engagement.
