Jacqueline Fehr

Jacqueline Margrith Fehr ( born June 1, 1963 in Wallisellenstrasse, hometown entitled in Rüdlingen, Schaffhausen and Winterthur) is a Swiss politician (SP).

Life

Jacqueline Fehr grew up in Elgg and in Winterthur. After graduation, she continued their education to secondary school teacher. Later she began a degree in psychology, business administration and political science, which they, however, did not graduate. Since 2002 she has worked as a project worker.

She is married to Maurice Pedergnana, estranged, and has two children ( born 1994 and 1996 ).

Jacqueline Fehr's political career began in 1990 with the election to the Winterthur city parliament. From 1991 to 1998 she was a member of the Zurich Cantonal. In 1998 she moved according to the National Council, in which she was re-elected in the elections of 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2011.

Since 2003 she is in the National Council member of the Parliamentary Committee for Social Security and Health ( SGK ). Fehr is Vice -President of the SP Switzerland.

In parliamentarians rating of the Sunday newspaper, she was named the most influential personality of the Swiss Parliament in 2009.

In addition, Jacqueline Fehr Foundation is the chairwoman of the Foundation Child Protection Switzerland, Vice President of Pro Familia Switzerland, a member of the Foundation Pestalozzianum and member solidarity Suisse. Since 2012 she is a director of natural gas Zurich AG, since 2013 Administrator of the Swiss furniture cooperative. She is the owner of the sole proprietorship atelier politique Fehr.
