Jajangmyeon

Jajangmyeon is a Korean noodle dish.

Jajangmyeon consists of wheat noodles, cooked in a pan with oil, sauce of salty black soybean paste, meat and vegetables. The court is inexpensive to get anywhere in South Korea and was honored in 2006 by the government as one of the " 100 Korean cultural symbols ".

History

The court is a further development of the eponymous Chinese Zha jiang mian (Chinese炸酱面, Pinyin Zhajiang Mian ) from the kitchen of Shandong Province.

In South Korea has Jajangmyeon on April 14, the Black Day, traditional meaning.
