Jake Pavelka

Jacob Lynn " Jake" Pavelka ( born January 27, 1978 in Dallas, Texas) is an American pilot who appeared in four reality TV formats, including in The Bachelor.

Early life and career

Jacob Lynn Pavelka was born in Dallas, Texas. His parents are LaNell Sallie (nee Mack ) and James Lynn Pavelka, he has Czech ancestors. He is the youngest of three brothers. Pavelka attended the University of North Texas and Embry -Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. At the age of 12 he began to take flying lessons at age 23 and was a flight instructor. He worked as a pilot for Atlantic Southeast Airlines under the name Jake Landrum. He also starred in several television commercials and television shows that were produced in the Dallas area. Pavelka is a cousin of model and actor Jessie Pavelka.
