James Booth

James Booth ( born December 19, 1927 in Croydon, London as David Geeves - Booth, † August 11 2005 in Hadleigh, Essex ) was an English actor and screenwriter.

Life and career

James Booth, born in 1927 in Croydon a city district of London, studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and had a long career in theater, stage and television as an actor and writer.

As an actor, he was seen primarily in supporting roles often in the genre of action movies like Revenge - A Dangerous Affair ( 1990) and Lost in the Bermuda Triangle (1977). Even as a writer, he worked on action movies like Night Hunter (1986 ) or American Fighter II - The Order ( 1987) with, in which he partially self- clad roles.

Booth died on 11 August 2005 with 77 years in Hadleigh in the county of Essex.

His last film was the comedy thriller Murder at the Vicarage. The film was dedicated to him posthumously.
