James Craig Watson Medal

The James Craig Watson Medal is awarded by the U.S. National Academy of Sciences for achievements in the field of astronomy. It was established by bequest of the astronomer James Craig Watson. The price is (as of 2012) with U.S. $ 25,000 prize, another $ 25,000 to support the research of the prize winner.
