James Farentino
James Farentino ( born February 24, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York, † January 24, 2012 in Los Angeles, California ) was an American film actor.
Life
To Farentinos best-known film role is one of those of Simon Peter in Franco Zeffirelli TV movie Jesus of Nazareth from the year 1977. He himself was considered for this role an Emmy nomination. He also starred 1981-1982 in Dynasty and Melrose Place in 1998 in front of the camera. In Emergency Room - The emergency room was James Farentino in 1996 as Ray Ross, father of Doug Ross, aka to see George Clooney.
