Jamie Anderson (snowboarder)

Jamie Louise Anderson (* September 13 1990 in South Lake Tahoe, California) is an American snowboarder.

Anderson took in 2006 at Mount Bachelor for the first time participated in a FIS race in the discipline of slopestyle. In 2009 she was in Cardrona her World Cup debut in the halfpipe. Since 2013 she takes part in the slopestyle at the World Cup. She won it in 2013 in Copper Mountain and Cardrona. In December 2013, it reached the seventh place in Copper Mountain.

At X Games competitions, she won the slopestyle total of four gold, three silver and two bronze medals.

At the Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi, Russia Anderson won on February 9, the inaugural competition in slopestyle gold. This makes it the first Olympic champion in this discipline.
