Jamie Baker (tennis)

Jamie Baker ( * August 5, 1986 in Glasgow ) is a British tennis player from Scotland.

Life and career

Jamie Baker started with four years to play tennis and in 2004 was pro. He could yet win a title in a double on the second-rate Challenger Tour. His biggest success on the World Poker Tour, he celebrated 2012 at a tournament in Eastbourne, as he was able to defeat a Top 50 player in the first round with Donald Young. At Grand Slam tournaments Goodall never came in individual far beyond the first round. While he always received a wild card for his appearances at Wimbledon, he succeeded in 2008 at the Australian Open through qualifying to play in the main draw.

Baker plays since 2006 for the British Davis Cup team.
