Jan Malmsjö
January Wilhelm Malmsjö (* May 29, 1932 in Lund ) is a Swedish actor and singer.
Malmsjö received his acting training 1950-1953 at the prestigious Drama Tens elevskola, the drama school of the Swedish National Theatre in Stockholm. Since 1953 it belongs to the ensemble of the Kungliga Dramatiska Teatern. Known to a wide German audience Malmsjö was a bishop Vergerus in Ingmar Bergman's Fanny and Alexander Drama.
In Sweden Malmsjö is also popular as a singer. With the hit Hej Clown he took in 1969 at the preliminaries to the Euro Vision Song Contest.
January Malmsjö is married to actress Marie Göranzon.
