Jana Kramer

Jana Rae Kramer ( born December 2, 1983 in Detroit, Michigan ) is an American actress and country music singer.

Life and career

Jana Kramer embodied many supporting roles in U.S. films and series. In 2009 she rose as a recurring character Alex Dupré in the One Tree Hill drama series. From the 14th episode of the seventh season until the second episode of the ninth season she was one of the main characters of the series.

In addition to her acting career, Kramer operated as a singer and songwriter. On 8 February 2011 she released her first single in the U.S. I Will not Give Up.

On July 4, 2010 Kramer married her castmates Johnathon Schaech, whom she had met in 2008 on the set for the film Prom Night. The couple, however, broke up after only a month of marriage and Kramer filed for divorce.

In addition to English, she also speaks German.
