Janik Haberer

Janik Haberer ( born April 2, 1994 Wangen im Allgäu) is a German footballer who plays in central midfield, but is also often used as a center forward.

Career

Haberer joined at age 16 in January 2011 from FC Memmingen for SpVgg Unterhaching. There he first played in the Youth B and was then used in the season 2011/12 with 17 years in the A- youth in the U-19 league. There he attracted attention by a good development spending. Therefore, he played from 6 January to prepare for the second half with the first team and was convinced by coach Heiko Herrlich.

Although still eligible to play for the U- 19, Haberer debuted at the age of 17 years, ten months and two days in the 2011/12 season for the first team in the 3rd League, when he became the February 4, 2012, the 24th Round season, in the away game against the Chemnitz FC ( 1:5) was in the starting. In April 2012, Haberer signed his first professional contract with SpVgg. On the final day of the 2011/12 season Haberer scored in the away match against 1.FC Saarbrücken ( 2:4 ) in 74 minutes in his first Profitor.

For the 2014/15 season Haberer changes to the Bundesliga for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. He signed on 17 January 2014, a four-year contract until 30 June 2018.
