Janine Beermann

Janine Beermann ( born November 20, 1983 in Wuppertal ) is a German teacher and hockey player. She plays for the club ETUF food.

Career

Janine Beermann played in Germany at the clubs ETG & GW Wuppertal and RTHC Bayer Leverkusen. With the RTHC she attended in youth the second place at the German Indoor Championship and third place with the women's team in the hall. Never played in the German Bundesliga, before she moved to the Netherlands for NMHC Nijmegen.

With the German national hockey team Beermann occupied in 2004 won first place at the European Indoor Championships in Eindhoven. 2005 in Dublin, she became vice European Champion, 2007 European Champion in Manchester. At the 2006 World Cup, held in Madrid, they finished in eighth place. Janine Beermann was part of the squad for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.

She studied sports and social sciences teaching at the University of Wuppertal and was then a teacher at the Maria- Wächtler -Gymnasium in Essen for the subjects of sports, social sciences and politics. Your permanent position at the school took place in the summer of 2012.
