Jason Bernard
Jason Bernard ( born May 17, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois; † 16 October 1996 in Burbank, California ) was an American actor.
Life
His screen debut was in the 1968 Jason Bernard appeared and directed by Jules Dassin drama Black Power at the side of Ruby Dee and Roscoe Lee Browne. After being in series such as Cagney & Lacey, Night Court and Flash - starred The Red Lightning, he played from 1991 to 1994 in 72 episodes the character of Mr. Paul Bracken in the television series four times. He also played the character of Captain William iron in the two computer games Wing Commander Wing Commander 3 and 4
On 16 October 1996 Jason Bernard suffered a heart attack as he with his car on Cahuenga Boulevard drove by. He caused a car accident and was taken to St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, where he died shortly afterwards. He left behind his wife and three children.
