Jean-Marie Cuoq

Jean -Marie Cuoq ( born September 21, 1968) is a French rally driver.

Career

Cuoq won the French Gravel Rally Championship in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. In 2007 he also won the French tarmac rally championship. In 2008, he was stripped of this title, as the race license of Cuoq, and that of his co-pilot was David Marty, suspended for 24 months.

With its debut in the World Rally Championship in the 2007 season reached Cuoq, a privately-entered Peugeot 307 WRC, finished ninth in the Rally Monte Carlo. On his second World Cup use in the following year he won at the same event in the Peugeot 307 WRC seventh overall and scored as the best-placed privateer, while two world championship points. In the 2010 season he took, again with a privately-entered Peugeot 307 WRC, in a single run of the World Rally Championship and took part in the Rally of Portugal, left here however. In the same year Cuoq started again in the French Gravel Rally Championship and won a few rallies and the title there.
