Jeff Hephner
Jeffrey " Jeff" Lane Hephner ( born June 22, 1975 in Michigan ) is an American actor.
Life and career
Jeff Hephner grew up in the small town of Sand Creek in the U.S. state of Michigan. In the local high school, he played football and basketball. In addition, he attended Calvin College in Grant Rapids and Ferris State University in Michigan. At the latter he was graduated in 1999.
His career started with appearances in the films Hephner Tigerland and So How Do You Feel About Your Watch. In 2002, he held a small role in the movie Maid in Manhattan before he was seen in 2004 in his first starring role in the short-lived Fox series The Jury as Keenan O'Brien. After guest roles on Criminal Intent - Crime Scene Investigation and Criminal Minds, he played the 2006 Pat Conroy in the film advancing water. Furthermore embodied Hephner in the third season of the series The OC, the Matt Ramsey. After this role he performed in various television series, until he again took a lead role in the series Easy Money 2008-2009. In 2009, he was also for a longer story arc in the series Mercy guest. In the The CW series Hellcats, he was seen from 2010 to 2011 in a supporting role. His next major role was that of Ben Zajac in the broadcast on the Starz series Boss. This was, however, just as The Jury and Easy Money, canceled after only one season. Since 2013 he plays the role of Jeff Clarke at Chicago Fire.
