Jenna Miscavige Hill

Jenna Miscavige Hill (born 1 February 1984 in Concord, New Hampshire, USA) is an American Scientology - dropout and author.

Life

After they left Scientology in 2005, she became a critic of the organization. She is the daughter of Ron Miscavige, Jr. and the niece of the current Scientology leader David Miscavige.

Hill founded together with Kendra Wiseman, and Astra Woodcraft, who grew up in Scientology families exscientologykids.com the website. She was interviewed by many media about their experiences within Scientology, including ABC's Nightline in April 2008, and on Piers Morgan Tonight in February 2013, where she spoke about the details of Scientology.

In 2000, when Hill was 16 years old, left her father and her mother Scientology. Hill explained that is because of the arranged Scientology Disconnection to relatives and friends who do not support Scientology or hostile to, letters were intercepted by her parents and she was not allowed to go to the phone for a year.

She describes her experience at the age of five to twelve years as follows: "We had all our transgressions, similar to the sin in the Catholic Church, to write down. After we had written them, we were checked by a meter check by e- meters, so it was ensured that we had nothing for us kept and had to write until we had become clean. In September 2012 she explained that she her life story in her book Beyond Belief: 'll describe My Secret Life Inside Scientology and My Harrowing Escape. It was released in January 2013 with William Morrow published by Harper Collins. The book she wrote with Lisa Pulitzer. It also appeared in German translation under the title My Secret Life in Scientology and my dramatic escape. It reached the Spiegel bestseller list in April 2013.
