Jennifer Veiga

Jennifer Veiga ( born October 10, 1962 in Long Beach, California) is an American politician of the Democratic Party.

Life

After her schooling at the Irvine High School Veiga studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder political science. Then she studied law at the National Law Center of George Washington University in Washington, DC Law. After studying Veiga as a lawyer in Denver at the law firm of Hall & Evans, LLC worked.

From 1996 to 2003, Veiga MPs in the House of Representatives from Colorado. Then she sat from 2003 until 15 May 2009 at the Senate of Colorado. Veiga gave up her position as senator in Colorado, as the mother of their life partner Bronwyn Russell was ill in Australia. Veiga's seat in the Senate was neubesetzt by her party colleague Pat Steadman.
