Jeremy Reich

Jeremy Reich ( born February 11, 1979 in Craik, Saskatchewan ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player and current coach and - functionary, who during his active career, among other things, for the Columbus Blue Jackets and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League as well as for the ERC Ingolstadt has played in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga.

Career

Jeremy Reich began his career as a hockey player in Canadian junior Western Hockey League in which he was active until 2000 from 1995 for the Seattle Thunderbirds and Swift Current Broncos. During this period, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 1997 in the second round than a total of 39 players from the Chicago Blackhawks, for which, however, he never played. Instead, the attacker signed on 17 May 2000 as a free agent a contract with the newly formed franchise of the Columbus Blue Jackets, for whom he made ​​his debut in the National Hockey League in the 2003/04 season.
