Jewish Ceremonial Hall, Prague

The Jewish Ceremonial Hall ( Obřadní síň ) is located in the Jewish Quarter ( Josefov ) of the Czech capital, Prague. It was from 1911 to 1912 under the direction of J. Gerstl for the Prague Burial Society ( Chevra Kadisha ) built in the Romanesque Revival style. First used as a ceremonial hall and Taharahaus, it is now part of the Jewish Museum of Prague and exhibitions on the Jewish History
