Joannas

Joanna is a commune in the Ardèche, in the Rhône-Alpes region with 324 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

Geography

The mountain village Joanna is about 10 km northwest of Largentière. The municipality is part of the Regional Natural Park of Monts d' Ardèche. The municipal area also includes the hamlet of La Blache and two Serre -Champ, located on Route Departmental D5 towards Col de la Croix de Millet. Until the French Revolution, the now independent municipality Rocher belonged to Joanna.
