Johannes Brenner

John Brenner (born 3 Januarjul / January 16 1906greg in Mäo, Governorate of Estonia, .. † September 9, 1975 in Tallinn, Estonian SSR) was an Estonian football player.

Career

John Brenner began his footballing career in 1920 when JK Tallinna Kalev with which he was Estonian champion in 1923. Two other national champion title he won in 1926 and 1928 with the Tallinna Jalgpalliklubi, where he had moved in 1925. The center forward shot burners, ironically, throughout his active career as a footballer only one goal in the first Estonian league.

In June 1923 burner debuted as to date the youngest national team at the age of 17 years and 159 days in the Estonian national team against Lithuania. This record had existed in Estonia until 2001 until Jarmo Ahjupera (17 years 82 days ) undercutting him.
