John Flansburgh

John Conant Flansburgh ( born May 6, 1960 in Lincoln, Massachusetts, USA) is an American musician. Also known as " flan " or " Flansy " and under the pseudonym Rolf Conant.

Work

Flansburgh John Linnell forms with the band They Might Be Giants. He is often referred to as the extrovert John.

Prior to the establishment of They Might Be Giants, he played in the early eighties for a very short time in the bands The Blackouts and The Turtlenecks.

While an involuntary break the band They Might Be Giants between 1996 and 1998, due to an injury by John Linnell Flansburgh acted in his piece stamped out of the ground band Mono Puff.

Furthermore, he put together with his wife, Robin Goldwasser and Julia Greenberg in 2002, first performed musical People Are Wrong! on the legs.
