John Gadret

John Gadret ( born April 22, 1979 in Epernay ) is a French cyclist.

Career

John Gadret focuses on the Discipline Cross. He celebrated his biggest success in 2004 with a victory at the cross race in Vossem. In the first race of the GvA Trofee the Koppenberg Cross he was in 2004 and 2005 respectively third parties. Since 2006 Gadret travels with the French road cycling team AG2R Prévoyance.

In the World Cup race in Hoogerheide Liévin and he was in 2006 end of the season once again third and second. He reached his best results in the Giro d' Italia in 2006, where he presented himself very strongly on the mountain. However, he had to quit the Giro prematurely on the 18.Etappe since he suffered a broken collarbone after a fall.
