John Ortiz
John Ortiz (* May 23, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York City ) is an American actor. So far, he played more supporting roles in well-known Hollywood films like Bounty ( starring Mel Gibson & Gary Sinise ), Amistad or Carlito's Way ( with Al Pacino ) and roles in lesser-know films and television series. The first major role is the figure of the drug lord in the remake of the cult series Miami Vice Michael Mann, for his film Ali he was already seen in a smaller role.
