John Paterson (architect)

John Paterson († 1832) was a Scottish architect. He was trained with Robert Adam (1728-1792), where he assisted in the construction of Edinburgh University Old College.

  • Pinkie House, 1800
  • Eglinton Castle
  • Winton House, 1805
  • Milbourne Hall, 1797-1810
  • Castle Forbes, 1807 and 1811, implemented by Archibald Simpson and completed by John Smith
