John Paul Getty, Jr.

Sir John Paul Getty II KBE ( born September 7, 1932 in Los Angeles, † 17 April 2003 in London) was a British- American billionaire and philanthropist.

John Paul Getty II was the third of five sons of oil tycoon Jean Paul Getty (1892-1976) and his fourth wife Ann Rork born.

After studying in San Francisco, he took over the management of the Company Getty Oil in Rome. However, after six years, he stepped back from the company, becoming the talk of himself with debauched partying and drug abuse.
