John W. Brown (set decorator)
John W. Brown was an American production designer who won an Oscar for Best Production Design.
Life
Brown worked from 1966 to 1971 as a production designer on the production of seven films and television series with. At the Academy Awards in 1968 he won with Edward Carrere and John Truscott the Oscar for Best Production Design for the film musical Camelot - At the court of King Arthur ( 1967) by Joshua Logan with Richard Harris, Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero in the lead roles.
