Jordi López
Jordi López Felpeto ( born February 28, 1981 in Granollers, near Barcelona ) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Vitesse Arnhem in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Playing career
Youth and B teams
The native Catalan Jordi López began his career as a footballer in FC Barcelona's youth. From 2000 to 2002 he played for two years until he moved to arch rivals Real Madrid just for the B - team of the Catalans. There he played in his first season exclusively for Real Madrid Castilla and came in Segunda División B for use. In the 2003/2004 season, he was brought into the first team, but he could not prevail, and so he came to the end of the season only to two premiership football bets.
Primera División
After the failed attempt at the " Royal " was drawn Jordi López for Sevilla FC. With the Andalusians he played each half of the games, crowned by victory in the UEFA Cup final in 2006 vs. FC Middlesbrough. To play often changed Jordi López again the team and so he moved to the Balearic island of Mallorca. Again, only a year later he was loaned despite numerous operations in the previous year to the league rivals Racing Santander. There he played only 14 times, so that he was not obliged by the Kantabriern.
Experience abroad
After Jordi López was for the English second division side Queens Park Rangers have been active in the second half of the Football League Championship 2008/ 09, he moved to the beginning of the season the Football League Championship 2009/10 Welsh club Swansea City. His new club missed this season the introduction of quite scarce in the play-off round with a seventh place. Also in the Football League Championship 2010/11 played with Swansea to promotion to the Premier League, but López was only sporadic inserts. In January 2011 he moved to the Netherlands for Vitesse Arnhem.
