Jörg Kachelmann

Jörg Andreas tile man ( born July 15, 1958 in Lörrach; homeland justified in Schaffhausen ) is a Swiss presenter, nonfiction author, journalist and entrepreneur with a focus on meteorology.

Life

Jörg tile man was born in Lörrach son of a franc and a East Prussia. He spent his youth in Schaffhausen, where his father worked as a senior inspector of the German Federal Railroad. He received Swiss citizenship 18 to 20 in age As a child he wanted to be a meteorologist and operational weather observations and records as a hobby by its own account. During school and semester breaks, he worked for various weather services. He studied at the University of Zurich geography, mathematics and physics as well as in the first minor in meteorology, the study, however, in 1983 broke off and completed an internship at the tabloid Sunday look. Subsequently, he worked at the local radio station Radio Munot Schaffhausen. From there he moved to the Science Department of the Swiss Television. Legal proceedings

On March 20, 2010 tile man was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman to whom he had entertained an intimate relationship. The Mannheim prosecutor brought on 19 May 2010 when the Mannheim Regional Court indictment of tile man on suspicion of rape particularly severe in coincidence with aggravated assault. In June, a request for waiver of the warrant was dismissed by the District Court of Mannheim. However, a subsequent appeal against detention was the Oberlandesgericht Karlsruhe on 29 July 2010, as no urgent suspicion longer exists.

On the recommendation of Ralf Witte, who had recently been acquitted in a retrial of the charge of rape, tile man exchanged in November 2010, his lawyer Reinhard Birkenstock against Hamburger lawyer Johann Schwenn from. On 31 May 2011 the first-instance trial ended before the District Court of Mannheim in an acquittal Kachelmanns. The civil proceedings had begun on 31 October 2012; so it lasted almost 14 months. Kachelmanns lawyer announced his intention to appeal. Tile man appealed against the judgment of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt.

Chemtrails

Tile man is positioning itself as an explicit opponent of the chemtrail conspiracy theory. In 2011 he described the followers of the conspiracy theory in e- mails, YouTube videos and Twitter posts as " Nazis ", " Crazy " and " Chemtraildeppen ". In March 2012, the Berlin Regional Court rejected an injunction to cease and desist; the court found the statement that supporters of the conspiracy theory " neo-Nazis and Crazy " were, covered by the freedom of expression. He wrote the foreword in Jörg Lorenz's " The Chemtrailhandbuch " that analyzes the chemtrail theory and the arguments of the advocates and explains the phenomena of meteorological and aviatischer view.
