Jörgen Persson (cinematographer)
Jörgen Persson ( born September 10, 1936 in Helsingborg) is a Swedish cinematographer.
Life
Jörgen Persson worked for several years after completing his education at Svenska Filminstitutet as a camera assistant and a member of the camera crew before he turned his first film as director of photography for the director Bo Widerberg. " Persson soon made a name for himself as a sensitive Bildpoet first kindness, his unhurried tracking shots groped from precise figures and landscapes, moods and emotions, and had a strong lyrical power. " Also for productions outside of Swedish cinema Persson was engaged, among other things, on several occasions by the Danish director Bille August.
