José Moreira
José Filipe da Silva Moreira ( born March 20, 1982 in Massarelos, Porto ) is a Portuguese goalkeeper who currently League newly promoted Swansea City has a contract with the Welsh Premier.

Career
Association
José Moreira began his career at the Portuguese club SC Salgueiros. There he played a full six years in youth. In 1998, he received offers from the four biggest clubs in Portugal ( SL Benfica, FC Porto, Boavista Porto and Sporting CP). He ultimately decided for a change to the record champions SL Benfica, where he spent a season in the youth. From 1999 to 2011 he played in the first team of his club and was one of the crowd favorites of the fans.
July 8th, 2011 José Moreira moved to Swansea City and signed a two year contract there.
National team
In the National Team Moreira first played in the juniors. He has 1999, the U-18 Football Championship in Sweden, as well as the Tournament of Toulon won a year later. For the first team, he made his debut in 2009 in a friendly match against the team of Liechtenstein. In 2004 he was the third-choice goalkeeper in the squad of the Portuguese at the European Championships at home, but did not play.
