Josh Ryan Evans

Josh Ryan Evans ( born January 10, 1982 in Hayward, California, † August 5, 2002 in San Diego, California ) was an American film actor.

Life

Joshua Ryan Evans was born the son of Chuck and Cheryl Evans in Hayward ( California). He had two older brothers, of whom the elder of the two, Timothy Michael Evans, just two days before the birth of Josh, is the age of only eight years, has died. Early was diagnosed with Evans achondroplasia, a form of the reduced growth. As a teenager, he was never greater than 97 centimeters.

Evans, who has always dreamed of becoming an actor, was in a 1996 episode of the sitcom All under one roof for the first time on camera. Further guest appearances in series such as Ally McBeal (1998) or last in a heavenly family (1999) followed. His most famous role was offered in 2000, when he played in the film comedy The Grinch, alongside Jim Carrey, the young Grinch Evans. Although only recently in the film business, Evans was nominated for both the Young Artist Award, as well as for an Emmy Award.

Evans suffered all his life from health problems, so that he could perceive no more film projects in the last two years of his life. Three times he even had to be open-heart surgery. Due to complications of the last intervention Evans died in August 2002 at the age of only 20 years.
