Jouy-le-Moutier

Jouy -le- Moutier is a commune with 16,376 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Val- d'Oise and is located on the northwestern outskirts of Paris on the Oise. Jouy -le- Moutier is part of the arrondissement Pontoise and is the main town ( chef-lieu ) of the Canton of L' Hautil.

Geography

Jouy -le- Moutier located 29 km north- west of Paris on the Oise River.

The neighboring communities of Jouy -le- Moutier are Vauréal in the north, Neuville- sur -Oise in the east, Maurecourt in the south, stone curlew -sur -Seine in the southwest and Boisemont in the northwest.
