Juan Uribe

Juan C. Uribe ( born March 22, 1979 in Bani, Dominican Republic) is a Dominican baseball player in Major League. He currently plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Career

Colorado Rockies

Uribe was taken as a free agent in 1997 by the Colorado Rockies under contract. After a few years in the minor leagues, he was appointed in 2001 to the team of the Rockies .. In his first season in the majors, he played 72 games and had a batting average of .300 with eight homers and 53 RBIs.
