Juan Valera Espín

Juan Valera Espín ( born December 21, 1984 in Bullas ) is a Spanish footballer who is located on the right back position, but can also play as a central defender or as a left defender. He currently plays in the Spanish first division side Getafe CF.

He was trained in the youth of Real Murcia. He then moved free transfer to Atletico Madrid, from where he was transferred because of the strong competition for Racing Santander. But there he became a regular player and made the Spanish league 's attention. As a defensive player, he scored 18 goals in 78 league games and Getafe took him for almost 6 million euros.
