The Juba airport (English Juba Airport ) is a commercial airport in Juba in southern Sudan.

He is one of only two international airports in the country and because of its role as the most important airport of the capital of the country. It is located northeast of downtown Juba on the western bank of the White Nile.

Ahead of South Sudan Declaration of Independence on July 9, 2011, began with the expansion of the airport, as the previously rather insignificant town of Juba has an important role as the capital of the new state. The Transport Minister Lino Makana announced that the airport will look like in its final form as the Cape Town International Airport in South Africa.

Supported the expansion of an international airport since September 2012 by the Common Security and Defence Policy of the European Union, which sends up to 64 experts in the mission EUAVSEC South Sudan for 19 months to support.
