Júlio Regufe Alves

Júlio Regufe Alves ( born June 29, 1991, Póvoa de Varzim ) is a Portuguese football player.

Club career

Alves went through the youth team of Varzim SC, FC Porto and Rio Ave FC. In Rio Ave FC, he signed his first contract as a professional football player. Shortly after his signature he has been awarded to GD Ribeirão and returned in the second half the same season back to Rio Ave FC. For the season 2011/12 season Alves moved to Spain to Atlético Madrid. He played no competitive match for the Spaniards because he went to Turkey for Beşiktaş Istanbul shortly before the end of the summer transfer window.
